When the time came for us to sell the home we loved so much to move out of state, Brian basically handled every single detail involved from telling us how we should prep our home, scheduling our cleaners, window washers, staging, etc, and then just sending us the info, which was a huge weight off our shoulders as we actually had decided to pack up and leave prior to listing it. He also kept in good communication with us the whole time we lived in WA (we bought our house with him too!) and periodically would check in to see how we were doing.
